Initiate Your Request
Log into your poketcgpt account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
